Sarah is the dedicated co-owner of RV Doctor bringing expertise, passion, and a commitment to excellence in the RV service industry. A proud graduate of the University of Tennessee, Sarah combines her education with hands-on technical skills to deliver top-tier service and innovation.

As an NRVTA Certified Technician, Sarah has extensive training in Aqua-Hot systems, Lippert components, and Firefly Integrations. She is also a certified propane technician, ensuring the highest standards of safety and reliability for every customer.

Sarah’s dedication to her craft and the RV community has not gone unnoticed. She was recently honored as one of RV Pro’s 2025 Women in Business Honorees, a recognition that highlights her leadership, expertise, and impact in the industry. With a hands-on approach and a passion for helping RV owners keep their homes on wheels running smoothly, Sarah continues to set the standard for quality service and innovation.

Marvin is one of the elite Master Certified Level 4 RV Technicians through the RV Technical Institute, a distinction held by only a select few in the industry. With years of hands-on experience and a dedication to excellence, Marvin has become a trusted expert in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of RV systems.

His extensive training includes Lippert components and Aqua-Hot systems, ensuring top-tier service for RV owners. Additionally, Marvin holds EPA Section 608 Type 1 HVAC Certification, allowing him to work with refrigerants in stationary systems, as well as EPA Section 609 MVAC Certification, specializing in vehicle refrigerant systems.

Julie is the dedicated co-owner of RV Doctor, ensuring that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. From scheduling and ordering to warranty work and customer coordination, Julie keeps the business operating efficiently with professionalism and care.

With a background as a certified high school teacher and proofreader, Julie brings exceptional attention to detail and organization to every administrative task. She is also a certified tank cleaner, adding yet another layer of expertise to the team.

If you haven’t already spoken with Julie, you will—she’s the warm, welcoming heart of the business, always ready to assist customers with a smile. Her dedication to both the technical and customer service aspects of the company makes her an invaluable part of the team.

Dave is the Chief Operations Officer at RV Doctor bringing a wealth of experience in leadership, technical expertise, and customer service. As an NRVTA Registered RV Technician and NRVIA Certified RV Inspector, Dave ensures that every RV he inspects or services meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Before transitioning into the RV industry, Dave dedicated 25 years to law enforcement, serving 12 of those years as a detective. His investigative skills, attention to detail, and commitment to integrity continue to serve him well in his current role. He also has experience as a non-profit executive, further showcasing his leadership and operational expertise.

In addition to his law enforcement background, Dave is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) through the American Society for Industrial Security. He also holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, earning him the title of "The Doctor" within the team. His training in Lippert components and Firefly Integrations further expands his technical knowledge.

Dave also serves as our licensed sales professional, assisting customers in finding the perfect consigned or gently used RV. Working alongside his family at RV Doctor is one of his greatest joys, making him not only a leader but also a trusted and friendly face in the RV community.
