We recognize that you have many choices. Experience among technicians can vary and you want to make sure that the technician you hire is certified through NVRTA or RVTI. Be careful! There are a few agencies that claim they are certifying technicians - make sure your technician is certified through NVRTA or RVTI. We currently have a certified technician, registered technician, and a certified inspector on our staff. You also need to be comfortable with your technician and have a level of trust. We strive to build trust and comfort in each interaction and want you to be happy that we have fixed the issue and left your RV better then we found it.
We love pets of all kinds - except maybe snakes but we are open to liking them...We have two German shepherds (they are not certified mobile techs just yet and don't travel) and love to interact with our clients' pets as long as they don't bite or sting. Let us know what kind of pet you have so we can bring treats - with permission of course.
Speaking of snakes - we actually had a live snake in a customer's generator this past summer. Yep, we still don't like snakes.
We prefer gold and silver but since most people don't have that, we will take cash, check, or credit cards. We take also take Paypal, and Venmo. If you choose our mobile services, the mobile service charge is due upon scheduling. Inspection invoices are due prior to the day of the inspection.
Only inspection services canceled 48 hours prior to the inspection time will receive a full refund. Within 48 hours of the inspection we will refund 50% of the charge or reschedule. If the rescheduled date is cancelled, we will only refund 50% of the original charge. We truly hate to do this but as with any service business, if we schedule a day to inspect an RV and the appointment does not occur, we still have to pay our inspector for his or her time and we cannot schedule another inspection within 48 hours.
Mobile services or repair charges are not refunded. If we arrive at your site and are not able to begin the repair for reasons beyond our control (no access to RV, no utility services, RV park will not allow, etc.) the mobile service charge will not be refunded.
Finding an RV technician can be a lesson in patience and sometimes you just want it fixed so your travels are not ruined. Call us and we will give you a quote on the mobile convenience fee to get to you. Of course, you can always bring the patient to us. Just call ahead to make an appointment. We don't charge anything extra as far as the hourly service rate charge.
Generally speaking, most campgrounds will allow repairs on site. However, it is the RV owner's responsibility to double check before calling us. We would hate for you to have a mobile repair charge and us not be allowed to work on your RV.
This charge covers travel time, insurance, tools, vehicle maintenance, and the convenience of having your RV repaired without you having to drop it off at the dealer or repair shop. You'll find our charges are lower than most other mobile RV repair businesses in the are and are calculated based on the distance from our shop.
It depends. If the issue(s) needing repair are delayed or can't be completed because of something out of our control, then yes, we will still charge the appropriate hourly fee.
We carry most parts on our truck; however, we can't carry them all. If we don't have the part, we will not charge you the time to find the part. If it is something that is on backorder or delayed in shipping, we will not charge you a second mobile convenience fee when we come back to finish the repair.
Right now we do very little chassis and engine work but we are adding this to our services as we find the proper techs. Give us a call and if we can't fix it we may be able to point you in the right direction.
